Telco Access Services (TAS) was established with the sole purpose of providing Telecommunications Asset Management services of the highest quality to the Australian property sector.

With the ever-increasing level of digitisation across the landscape the presence of telecommunication infrastructure in commercial properties will continue to evolve as will the governing regulations. In essence, this will require the management of the introduction of new services whilst ensuring the removal of those that have become redundant and thus maintaining the integrity of the asset.

Our in-house team of telecommunications engineers and property specialists have a detailed knowledge of the technology being deployed and the regulations governing the respective activities allowing us to provide a unique service offering to our clients. With years of experience across both competencies our teams have a high level of familiarity with many sites across the country’s commercial and retail property landscapes.
